We want to be the link that introduces heaps of amazing local brands and products to our consumers here in Metro Manila and bring them closer to these places by giving them a taste or experience.

    • Go to On the upper right side of the page, click on the  “Create Account” button. Fill up the given form with your important details such as name, e-mail address, and password you want to use for the website. Click on the “Create” button and you’re done! You’re officially H.I.P.!


  • Can I place orders from different stores at the same time?

    • Yes. You can add an item to you cart and shop for others before proceeding to check out. 

  • What is the minimum order value?

    • You can enjoy shopping at H.I.P. without worrying about a minimum order value.

  • How can I increase the quantity of my order way past your limit?

    • If you are interested in buying items in bulk, please send us a message at

  • How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

    • An item’s photo will appear in grayscale if it is unavailable. If you are purchasing many quantities of a single product, you won’t be able to add another quantity of this item any more to your cart if our recorded stocks on the website have reached zero.


  • What types of payment do you accept?

    • We accept PayMaya, PayPal, GCash, and bank transfers.


  • How long until I receive my order?

    • Expect your package to arrive in 1-2 days from the day you placed the order.  

  • Can I track my order?

    • Yes. Once we have passed on your package to the courier for shipping, we will immediately send you via text a link where you can track your order. 

  • Can I change the delivery address of my order?

    • Yes, you can change any necessary information within an hour after the order was placed.

  • How do I see my receipt?

    • After you have completed check out, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you gave us when you registered or when you made the purchase.
